Cancellation instructions

Right of cancellation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us, Sprachschule Aktiv, owner: Herr Roland Andreas Wimmer, St.-Georgen-Platz 10, 93047 Regensburg, Tel.: 0941/38230820, e-mail:, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract.
You can use the attached model cancellation form, which is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment.
If you have requested that the services should commence during the cancellation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation in respect of this contract compared to the total amount of services provided under the contract.
